How are the rattan baskets and storage racks packaged?
Our products are carefully packaged for safe delivery. Baskets are wrapped in protective materials. Larger racks are shipped disassembled in sturdy boxes with foam padding to prevent damage during transit.
Will I need to pay import duties, taxes, or VAT?
Product prices and shipping fees at checkout do not include import duties, taxes, or additional charges your country may require. These costs are the recipient's responsibility and vary by location.
What does the one-year limited warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper assembly.
