At TRwoven, we prioritize ensuring that your products arrive in excellent condition and on time. 1. Shipping Methods
Shipping from Local Warehouses
- USA: FedEx or UPS
- Australia: Direct Freight Express, Allied, or Hunter Express
- EU: DHL or UPS
- Canada: FedEx or UPS
- UK: DX
Shipping from Factory
DHL Express or FedEx Express
Note: The carrier will be selected based on product model, stock availability, and shipping address. Specific carrier selection is currently not supported.
Signature Requirement
For security and delivery accuracy, most shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package. If you have special delivery instructions, please contact us prior to shipping.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the carrier details and tracking number via email. Please monitor your tracking information and ensure timely receipt of your package.
2. Delivery Time
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with an order cut-off time of 17:00 (GMT+08). Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped promptly.
Estimated Shipping Time
- China: 2–4 business days
- USA: 3–7 business days
- EU: 3–10 business days
- Australia: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- UK: 3–7 business days
- Other Countries: 6–12 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates based on typical performance by our logistics partners. External factors such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays may affect actual delivery times.
3. Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping to all countries we currently serve.
Taxes and Import Duties
- From Local Warehouses: No additional taxes or GST will be charged upon delivery, as TRwoven has already paid these duties when importing to your country.
- From Factory: We aim to pre-pay import duties and VAT where possible. However, due to regulations in some countries, you may be required to pay taxes or VAT upon delivery. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Packaging Details
We take special care to ensure that your products are well-protected during shipping.
- Assembled Parts: Products are fully assembled by our technicians at the factory.
- Wooden Box Packaging: Products are wrapped in transparent plastic film, with foam filling any gaps. The box is securely sealed for optimal protection.
- Pallet Base (If Applicable): Some models include a pallet at the bottom of the box for safe long-distance transportation.
