At TRwoven, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
a) Returns Due to Defects or Errors
Eligible Scenarios:
- Products arrive defective or damaged
- Items received differ significantly from your order
Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement within 7 business days.
b) Returns Due to Unmet Expectations
Eligible Scenarios:
- Products do not meet your expectations
- Change of mind
Resolution: Refund (excluding original shipping fees) or replacement will be processed within 7 business days after item inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or altered items due to customer use
- Customized or personalized orders
- International orders (outside mainland China), unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- Company-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to product defects or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Process
- Initiate Request: Within 30 days of delivery, email service@trwoven.com with your order number, name, reason for return, and photos (for defective/incorrect items).
- Approval: Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with approval status and return instructions.
- Return Shipment: If approved, please return the item to the address below using a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx):

We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive confirmation by email.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe:

- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
